Really had pleasant stay for 3 nights between Christmas 2013 and New Years in this family-run guest house. Plenty of food at breakfast, such as tea, coffee, toast, fruit, and eggs.

The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a lovely area, really close to the historic district, Sri Lanka, a great place to start an adventure from and Colombo airport. The location of the venue was incredible and stunning - not very far from Old Town of Galle and its Fortifications. Btw, we relaxed by the lake, it was 5 mins walk from the hotel...

It was nice stay, I enjoyed good food.

The bathroom in my standard double room was large. The breakfast was tasty and delicious with lots of food and hot drinks. Central location of this great family run hotel was a bonus. The service was excellent, totally satisfied.

Savoury and delicious breakfasts with well prepared eggs and toast, as for instance provided by the very generous staff. Had standard double room with fan and a geat bathroom, as example. All in all fantastic and stunning location, close enough to the centre of Galle and an alley and great restaurants. Also, in walking distance of all attractions.

Beds were small.

The staff is very amiable and best, as well as host.

We were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money at this guest house. The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully presented. The location in the Old Fort was excellent, and we loved people-watching from the balcony. The staff, especially Ravi, were helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better would be a more varied menu.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a guest house in Sri Lanka that offered an unforgettable experience. the Sri Lankan breakfast provided at this guest house was absolutely outstanding. the hoppers and dhal were incredibly fresh and delicious, truly the best I had during my entire trip. the location of the guest house was also perfect, right in the heart of the old fort town. I loved spending time on the balcony, which provided a great view of the bustling streets below. the host and their family were incredibly kind and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. a fantastic experience at this guest house. Cons: Nothing, it is perfect! 👌.

I was blown away by the value for money at this place! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfy bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Galle Fort with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff, especially Ravi, were incredibly hospitable and made my stay extra special.

More variety in the vegetarian options for breakfast would have been great.
